The 55-minute Light Bridge session gives us enough time to dig into your history to find interconnected patterns of behavior and beliefs. A full session is good when you want to explore more than one issue and go deep with the healing.

A 25-minute express session is best when you have one specific issue to work on, or if you’d just like to have a blast of healing energy.

Some people choose the express session because they want to bask in healing energy without much subconscious digging. There are even clients who prefer an express session when they’re asleep, so they can absorb energy while in a deeply receptive state.

Booking one of each type can also be beneficial. Sometimes people book a full session for an intensive healing experience, and then follow it up with an express session a week or two later to reinforce the full session.

I use Calendly for scheduling sessions. After your purchase you will automatically be sent to a welcome page, where you can connect with my online calendar. You can also schedule your session by email, if you prefer.

For all Zoom and phone sessions, Patrick takes payment in advance. If you're meeting in person you can pay in cash at the conclusion of the session.

I prefer Zoom for all private sessions. However, we can meet by phone ro some other conferencing service, if you prefer.

An As-You-Sleep session is a 25-minute Reiki-style energy bath that I perform while you're asleep. I usually schedule these for around 2:00 a.m. your local time. I don't record these sessions because they are done in silence. To book an As-You-Sleep session, purchase an Express Session and then contact me directly by email to discuss the best timing.

Yes, sessions are transferable, and you can purchase sessions for other people. Please inform me in advance when you purchase a session for another person.

To get the most out of your private session, there are only three essential things you need to do:

1. Seclude yourself in a safe, comfortable environment with no distractions.

2. Be well-hydrated, and have water available to sip on throughout the session.

3. Set an intention and a loose agenda for the session. Ask yourself, if there were one thing you could change today, what would it be?

I will happily record private sessions on request, but normally I prefer not to. When we meet for your session we can discuss the pros and cons of recording. I do not record As-You-Sleep sessions because these are done in silence.

No, sessions don't expire, but I urge you to complete your sessions within a year of purchase. After one year I will roll the value of any unused sessions into the Light Bridge Scholarship Fund, but I can reverse this upon request.
