Light Bridge is a powerful set of tools and techniques for healing and transformation. It's called Light Bridge because these tools “bridge the gap” between your current egoic persona and your Higher Self. Light Bridge illuminates the chasm that separates who you are now from who you want to be, revealing the limitations and fears that lurk in the depths in between. 

To accomplish this, the first tool in the Light Bridge toolkit is subconscious reprogramming, which involves revealing individual restrictive beliefs and replacing them with more liberating ones. This is similar to reprogramming computer code line by line. It can be a slow and meticulous process but can create permanent and profound changes in your lived experience.

A second, much faster but less precise technique is belief sculpting, which involves molding collections and inter-related patterns of beliefs in an empowering way.

The third main tool of Light Bridge is energetic activations and infusions, and the fourth is Light Bridge Attunements, which install specific patterns of energy based on blueprints or templates drawn from your Higher Self.

Rounding out Light Bridge is a deep understanding of the spiritual laws and principles of the Universe, such as the Doctrine of Vibration, the Law of Attraction, the Principle of Reflection, and many others. Just as an electrical engineer cannot build a successful career if he or she doesn’t understand physics, you can’t succeed as a Light Bridge healer if you don’t understand the spiritual laws of the Universe.

And finally, Light Bridge brings you into alignment with your Higher Self, which is who you are at your core, free of the limiting thoughts, beliefs, judgments, expectations, and traumatic memories that keep you stuck in cycles of pain and suffering. Your Higher Self has a much broader perspective than you do, and it’s not weighed down by all the body armor, the pain-tinted glasses, and the fear-driven masks that you rely on for protection in your current egoic persona.
